Attention!!!
Personal reception of citizens by the Consular Section of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Azerbaijan is conducted EXCLUSIVELY by prior online appointment via the eConsul Portal.
In order to effectively protect the rights and interests of Ukrainian citizens abroad, the Embassy ensures daily access to consular services, including for the following vulnerable categories of applicants:
Applicants belonging to the above-mentioned categories are received every Thursday from 10:00 to 13:00 on a first-come, first-served basis.
Citizens who, for objective reasons, are unable to register for the electronic queue independently (including persons who have formalized permanent residence abroad, persons born abroad, elderly persons, etc.) may contact the Embassy via its official e-mail address, explaining their circumstances and requesting that the date and time of their visit be scheduled without prior electronic registration.
Following the review of the request, the applicant will receive a reply regarding the appointment date.
Please note that consular services provided to male citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 60 are subject to the requirements established by the legislation of Ukraine governing military service obligations.
Detailed information is available on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
Accordingly, in addition to the documents required for the requested consular service, applicants liable for military service must also present their electronic military registration document (e-VOD) generated through the Reserve+ mobile application.
The e-VOD is displayed in the user's smartphone application and contains verified information from the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons Liable for Military Service and Reservists.
To receive a consular service, the electronic military registration document must be valid and up to date, meaning it must have been generated no earlier than three days before the applicant's visit to the consular office.
