The strike claimed the lives of at least 23 people, including four children. Dozens more were injured, among them children. Some remain missing. Windows were shattered and infrastructure destroyed in many districts of Kyiv. In total, more than 200 buildings were damaged.

We extend our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of all those whose lives were taken by this attack. Russia must be held accountable for every life cruelly cut short.
