On the eve of the anniversary of the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, another shipment of power equipment is being dispatched from Azerbaijan — 31 generators of various capacities and two automatic transfer switch systems.
The equipment will be delivered to support units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, hospitals, and regions affected by Russian attacks.
Prior to the shipment, Ambassador Yuriy Husyev met with the head of the Azerbaijan–Ukraine Interparliamentary Relations Working Group, Member of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan Alibala Maharramzade, and expressed gratitude to Azerbaijan and to everyone who contributed to this important and urgently needed initiative.
This assistance became possible thanks to the support of concerned Azerbaijani companies and citizens, the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Azerbaijan, and diplomats of partner countries.
The dispatch of this power equipment is carried out within the framework of the global initiative “Warmth for Ukraine” (#WarmthForUkraine), launched by Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha.
This is not just equipment.
This is light in hospitals.
This is warmth in the homes of Ukrainian families.
This is the ability for rescuers to respond quickly and restore critical infrastructure.
Together — warmer.
Together — stronger.
