Upon the instruction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, books of condolence have been opened today at the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Azerbaijan and at Ukraine’s diplomatic missions around the world, while the State Flags of Ukraine have been lowered to half-mast as a sign of mourning.

We express our sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of those killed. We share the pain of every family that has lost their dearest ones as a result of Russian terror against the civilian population of Ukraine.
