September 5, 2012 Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Oleksandr Mischenko met with Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Mazahir Panahov.

During the meeting issues of bilateral cooperation between the Central Election Commission of Ukraine and the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan were discussed. A special attention was paid to the issues of cooperation in the framework ofthe Memorandum between the two Commissions taking into account elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine which will be held on October 28, 2012,

During the meeting, views on the issues of mutual interest were also exchanged.
