The Irpin community received generators and an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) system for the municipal utility company “Irpinvodokanal,” which will ensure uninterrupted water supply during power outages.

The equipment was provided by organizations and concerned citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan as part of the “Warmth for Ukraine” initiative (#WarmthforUkraine), launched by Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha.

The handover of the energy equipment took place with the participation of Ambassador of Ukraine to Azerbaijan Yuriy Husyev, Head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration Mykola Kalashnyk, and Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Ukraine Seymur Mardaliyev.

Ambassador Yuriy Husyev discussed with his Azerbaijani counterpart and the leadership of the Kyiv region the deepening of cooperation with the Republic of Azerbaijan, and also expressed gratitude to Azerbaijan for its consistent support for Ukraine, solidarity, and the important assistance received in particular by the Irpin community of Kyiv Oblast.
