Today, as a mark of mourning for those killed as a result of the terrible Russian terrorist combined strike carried out on July 31, 2025, in the city of Kyiv, the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Azerbaijan, on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (MFA of Ukraine), opens a Book of Condolences, which will be available on August 1 and 2, 2025. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, as of the morning of August 1, 2025, 31 people have died, including five children; 159 people have been injured. Search and rescue operations at the site of the tragedy continue.
