During the meeting, a Protocol and a Roadmap were signed — a clear plan of joint actions in the fields of economy, energy, trade, culture, logistics and transport, education, and science.

The supply of Azerbaijani gas to Ukraine within the framework of the European diversification policy was discussed, as well as the use of Ukrainian underground gas storage facilities to strengthen energy security and develop renewable energy.

The Ukrainian delegation sincerely thanked Azerbaijan for the humanitarian assistance provided, in particular for transformers and energy equipment to restore Ukraine’s energy sector.
