In Baku, as a sign of solidarity with and support for Ukraine, the Heydar Aliyev Center was illuminated in the colors of the Ukrainian national flag — blue and yellow.

On the 35th anniversary of the restoration of Ukraine’s independence, one of Baku’s most iconic architectural landmarks shone in Ukrainian colors, becoming yet another symbol of the friendship and support between the Ukrainian and Azerbaijani peoples.

We sincerely thank Azerbaijan for this important gesture of solidarity, its support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and its unwavering attention to Ukraine.
