The Embassy of Ukraine warmly congratulates Khazar University on joining the Global Coalition of Ukrainian Studies.

This is an important step in advancing Ukrainian–Azerbaijani academic cooperation, which will contribute to promoting Ukrainian history, culture, literature, and contemporary scholarship among students and the academic community of Azerbaijan.

It is worth noting that, in 2025, the Ukrainian Bookshelf was inaugurated at the Khazar University Library as part of the global initiative of the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska.

With the support of the Embassy of Ukraine, the University received more than 50 books in Ukrainian, English, and other languages dedicated to the history, culture, literature, and present-day realities of Ukraine.

We sincerely thank the leadership of Khazar University for its openness to cooperation, support for the development of Ukrainian Studies, and genuine interest in Ukraine. We are confident that the University's participation in the Global Coalition will provide a solid foundation for the implementation of new joint educational and research projects.

Together, we are strengthening international academic cooperation and expanding Ukraine's presence in the global educational landscape.
