During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on current global challenges, the role of the United Nations system in promoting peace and sustainable development, and discussed opportunities to deepen cooperation between the teams of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Azerbaijan and the United Nations in Azerbaijan.

Particular attention was given to the importance of upholding the principles of the UN Charter and international law.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to maintain a regular dialogue and work together on initiatives aimed at strengthening international security and advancing a just and lasting peace.
